Terms and Conditions


Booking an event (workshop/seminar/conference) constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your registration for the event.

Payment
For online bookings, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards only.

If you are a current Wolters Kluwer Singapore Subscriber or Executive Events Corporate Member, and like us to send you an invoice, please contact us at sg-events@wolterskluwer.com to book your seat.

Cancellation
Full payment will be imposed if cancellation is made after the stipulated date. This also applies to no show on the day of event. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing via email/fax and acknowledged by Wolters Kluwer.

Substitution
Replacement of participant is allowed at no additional cost if you are unable to attend. Please inform us of the replacement in writing at least 3 working days before the event.

Programme Changes
Wolters Kluwer reserves the right to cancel/postpone the event or make reasonable changes to the programme without any notification.

Prices shown are in SGD and inclusive of 7% GST but do not include handling & shipping (if applicable)
