Returns policy

Returned print books will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• Please call Customer Services on 800 6162 161 to obtain an authorisation number, as this is required before returned books will be accepted for a full credit.
• The book is returned to the assigned address within 30 days from receipt.
• The returned book is received in original condition and in appropriate packaging.
• Wolters Kluwer will only pay freight costs if the return is a result of our error.

Wolters Kluwer will replace stock damaged in transit. 

CCH eBooks are non-returnable and non-refundable once the eBook has been downloaded.

Kluwer Law International titles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
