Overview

Following recent amendments to the Companies Act and the Limited Liability Partnerships Act, new provisions affecting companies have been introduced and implemented. Raymond Lam, CEO, Drewcorp Services Pte Ltd

Raymond joined Drew & Napier LLC in 2002 after graduating from The National University of Singapore Faculty of Law. Raymond is currently the Chief Executive Officer of DrewCorp Services Pte Ltd which provides chartered secretaries, corporate administration, immigration, document process, notarial and scrutineer services to corporate and individual clients of Drew & Napier and other businesses operating in and outside Singapore. Raymond is also a Director in the Corporate & Finance Department in Drew & Napier LLC. He is a Fellow and Member of the Management Council of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore. Raymond was the Corporate Services Practice (CSP) representative during Singapore’s Assessment by Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes in 2018

Victor Lai, Regional Managing Director, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd

Victor is presently the Regional Managing Director of Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd, which is a 100%-owned subsidiary of SGX-listed Boardroom Limited. In this capacity, Victor serves as the Head of both the Corporate Secretarial and Share Registry practices in Singapore and Hong Kong. At the Boardroom Group level, Victor also manages strategic alliances, joint ventures and partnerships of Boardroom Group, including Merger & Acquisition initiatives in recent years. Prior to joining Boardroom, Victor was a Director in a Big-4 international public accounting firm and obtained his Public Accountant license in 2014.  He also serves on several committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore. Victor was the Corporate Services Practice (CSP) representative during Singapore’s Assessment by Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes in 2018
